我为什么要参加Duolingo（多领国）考试？

在认识Duolingo（多领国）考试之前，我们可以先看看Duolingo（多领国）考试成立的初衷是什么？

Duolingo创建了可以教受用户多种不同语言（包括英语）的软件。2014年，该公司启动了自己的英语能力测试。Jennifer Dewar与Duolingo合作，帮助开发了该测试。Jennifer Dewar曾在密苏里州圣路易斯的华盛顿大学担任招生官员。现阶段Duolingo（多领国）考试是降低全球人民（尤其是发展中国家人民）接受高等教育的障碍。

所以Duolingo（多领国）考试适用于所有人，对于职场人士参加多领国考试也可以加分，现阶段一些企业还开始使用它来验证申请人的英语水平，特别是在酒店领域。

然后是现阶段申请了美国、澳洲、英国的留学生了，可以参加多领国考试。

如果之前在雅思、托福作战很久但没有出分的同学，可以考虑参加多领国考试，毕竟不用天天盯着雅思、托福考位好久出来，多领国考试不用预约考位，在个人电脑上进行的在线考试，也测试阅读，听力，口语和写作能力，并且48小时出成绩，价格便宜，全新的题型，说不定分数能考出申请院校要求的多领国分数要求，顺利入读申请院校的主课。

之前，Duolingo主要用于美国大学的本科生招生，现阶段澳洲、英国大部分院校也已承认多领国考试了。
